What is the benefit of 2 cameras vs. one camera?
For events with more than 200 guests, it is recommended to have a 2nd camera operator to ensure proper coverage.
What is your normal turnaround time?
We currently estimate a 2-3 month turnaround.
Can we customize your packages?
Absolutely! All of the packages on our website are customizable.
Do you go to the venue ahead of time to look for the best shooting locations?
We usually arrive at least 30 minutes to an hour ahead of time on the day of the actual event. This gives us time to scout out great filming areas and become familiar with the grounds.
Do you require a deposit?
We require a 20% deposit to reserve your date. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
Can I have the raw footage?
The raw footage is available for an additional fee. You can purchase it at any time up to 90 days after your event. (Some of our packages include the raw footage)
What is the digital download?
You will receive a private custom link to view and download your video online. It is complete with a menu and chapter selection. With the online delivery, you will also have the option to share your link with friends and family very easily. View our video samples page to see an example of this.
Do you still offer a DVD?
We have decided to no longer offer the DVD since the online delivery method offers much better viewing experience and we don't have to worry about discs skipping or not working. We are also able to get your video to you faster by emailing you your link rather than putting it in the mail!
